Orion Relaunches Premium Dessert 'Choco Pie House'

Orion announced on the 13th that it will launch the premium dessert 'Choco Pie House' as a shelf-stable product.

Choco Pie House is a product that reinterpreted Choco Pie as a premium dessert in 2017. By increasing the moisture content, the soft cake became even more moist, and snow marshmallow was added between the layers to maximize the soft texture. The snow marshmallow is filled with vanilla bean cream, and the cake is coated with chocolate and topped with dark chocolate to create a rich and full chocolate flavor. The packaging also features the snow marshmallow, a distinctive characteristic of the product, shaped as a snowflake pattern and embossed to give a raised texture when touched, providing a luxurious feel not only visually but also tactilely.

Orion has been researching for nearly two years, from selecting raw materials to recipes, to develop a version of Choco Pie House that maintains its taste and texture even at room temperature, in response to the growing home caf? trend over the past few years. Orion plans to expand its dessert lineup with various flavors and textures in the future.
