On the 12th (local time), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in the United States announced that mortgage applications in the US decreased by 4.1% compared to the previous week.
The 30-year mortgage rate announced by the MBA fell slightly to 6.30% from 6.40% the previous week.
