According to the county on the 12th, this project aims to help 20 children from single-parent, multicultural, and grandparent-headed families in the area adapt to school life and promote healthy growth by selecting and providing school supplies appropriate for their grade levels.

Last year, the council’s specialized project focused on creating a safe environment by installing safety handrails and checking on the well-being of 144 elderly households. This year’s specialized project was carried out for children, the future hopes of the community, by delivering necessary school supplies and monitoring crisis situations.

Private Chairman Joo Eun-tae said, “I hope that the children, the future leaders, grow up in an environment full of smiles and hope,” and added, “We will actively lead efforts to identify families in difficulty in our area and solve their problems.”

Samhyang-eup Mayor Ko Young-ui stated, “I hope this specialized project delivers warmth and messages of support to the children, the future hopes,” and said, “We will do our best to create a happy Samhyang-eup where no one is left out.”
