Hana Bank is launching a service that allows users to handle everything from loan application to schedule management and repayment all at once.
On the 12th, Hana Bank announced that it will implement this 'Loan Smart Care' service on its mobile application, Hana One Q.
Through this service, users can easily manage all procedures related to loans, including loan application, schedule management, repayment, credit management services, and a Debt Service Ratio (DSR) calculator.
Additionally, by subscribing to Hana Financial Group's personal credit information management service (MyData) called 'Hana Hap,' users can compare interest rates of Hana Bank loan products with those of other financial institutions and apply for refinancing. The plan is to expand the service to include interest rate comparisons for jeonse loans and secured loans following the credit loan comparison service.
A representative from Hana Bank's Retail Products Department stated, "We will continue to strive to develop more convenient and practical services."
