Small Business Hope Sharing Project Signs Business Agreement

BNK Gyeongnam Bank delivers hope to small business owners in the Gyeongnam region, starting with Sacheon City.

On the 12th, BNK Gyeongnam Bank signed a ‘Small Business Hope Sharing Project Business Agreement’ with Sacheon City.

Bank President Ye Gyeong-tak visited Sacheon City Hall and held the ‘Small Business Hope Sharing Project Business Agreement Ceremony’ with Mayor Park Dong-sik.

Kyung Nak Ye, President of Gyeongnam Bank, visited Sacheon City Hall and held a 'Small Business Hope Sharing Project Business Agreement Ceremony' with Mayor Dong Sik Park.

According to the business agreement, the two organizations agreed to establish a mutual cooperation system to provide financial support to small business owners and employees in the Sacheon area who are struggling with livelihood difficulties due to decreased sales caused by the economic downturn from COVID-19.

In particular, BNK Gyeongnam Bank will support a special loan program totaling 2 billion KRW, offering low-interest loans of up to 10 million KRW per individual.

President Ye said, “Through the business agreement with Sacheon City, we aim to support small business owners in the region with special loans and deliver hope. Going forward, BNK Gyeongnam Bank plans to actively implement warm financial support to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.”

Meanwhile, individual business owners and employees of businesses in the Sacheon area who wish to apply for the special loan can inquire in advance and visit the BNK Gyeongnam Bank Sacheon Branch or Samcheonpo Branch by the end of this year.
