The fair trade agreement is a system in which large corporations and biz partners autonomously agree in advance on detailed measures to prevent unfair trade practices and strengthen mutual competitiveness.

SK ecoplant signed this agreement together with the biz partner cooperation group ‘ECO Partners’ member companies and the Win-Win Growth Committee, promising ▲compliance with the four major fair trade practices established by the Fair Trade Commission ▲fair contract conclusion and execution ▲prevention of legal violations and legal compliance ▲support for win-win cooperation. Through this, SK ecoplant strives to establish fair trade and provides financial, technical, educational, and manpower support to biz partners.

Since launching the outsourced ECO Partners in 2011 and the Procurement ECO Partners in 2013, SK ecoplant has collaborated with excellent biz partners. As of 2023, there are seven divisions by business field and industry, with a total of 107 member companies active. Thanks to these efforts, SK ecoplant was selected for six consecutive years from 2016 to 2021 as the top grade in the Win-Win Growth Index evaluation hosted by the Win-Win Growth Committee, the first in the industry.

Jaewook Lim, Head of the Management Support Center at SK ecoplant, said, "We have the philosophy that the competitiveness of our biz partners is the competitiveness of SK ecoplant, and we are continuously striving for win-win cooperation. As partners creating the future together, we will do our best to further solidify the culture of fair trade."
