Gwangju Dongbu Police Station announced on the 12th that it held a meeting with the Autonomous Police Committee on the 11th.

The meeting was attended by Cho Young-il, Chief of Dongbu Police Station, Kim Tae-bong, Chairman of the Autonomous Police Committee, and others, where they discussed the 'Gyerim-dong 2030 Women’s Safe Bitnagi' project.


Chief Cho stated, "We will carry out a crime environment improvement project around the high-crime area behind Geumsujang in Gyerim-dong to create a street where women in their 20s and 30s can return home safely."
