Jungjinkong Expands 'AI Utilization Technology' Training for SMEs

The Small and Medium Business Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SBC, Chairman Kim Hak-do) announced on the 12th that it will expand online education on artificial intelligence (AI) utilization technology through e-learning and microlearning platforms.

AI technology is rapidly growing in various industrial fields, but many small and medium-sized enterprises do not know how to apply it on site. Accordingly, SBC operates various online courses including ▲Understanding AI concepts ▲Business models according to AI innovation ▲Basic education on ChatGPT utilization ▲ChatGPT prompt engineering.

Within the first half of this year, SBC plans to add 50 online courses to strengthen the AI utilization capabilities of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, through the 'Future Business Changed by Artificial Intelligence' microlearning series opening next month, it is expected that AI technology can be immediately applied in the corporate field.

Jo Han-gyo, head of the SBC Job Division, said, "The ability to utilize new technologies creates a significant gap in corporate survival," and added, "We will continue to expand education on various new technologies including AI."
