Hyundai AutoEver announced that it will begin accepting applications for new graduate and experienced hires for the 2nd and 4th quarters starting from the 18th. The deadline is next month on the 2nd. The recruitment guidelines will be announced on the company’s recruitment website as the application period begins. The recruitment briefing session will be held online on the 26th and 27th of this month.
Previously, the company hired over 800 people last year and plans to recruit a similar number this year. The company explained that due to the digital transformation of the industry and the increasing use of in-vehicle software, a large number of developers are needed to respond accordingly.
The ‘Mobility Embedded SW School’ will open for applications from the end of this month. It is a program designed to train experts in vehicle software development, and outstanding graduates will be hired. The first batch of students will begin training in June, with each batch lasting six months. The curriculum consists of four months of mobility embedded job theory education and two months of project-based training.
This training program is structured to help students quickly adapt to the development field by learning about vehicle embedded software. It is intended to be used as a channel to nurture talent in advance and hire developers with proven capabilities. As a government project program, students can receive free education and a monthly training allowance of 300,000 KRW.
