Service Reservation Through AI Consultation System

Korea Toyota Motor announced on the 12th that it has started operating a ‘24-hour AI Call Center exclusively for service reservations’ for Lexus and Toyota vehicle maintenance.


This voice bot service assists with real-time service reservations through an AI consultation system, allowing customers to make, change, or cancel reservations. Voice recognition technology that accurately understands customers’ voice requests has been applied. The AI informs customers of the earliest available reservation time for their service.


Service through Toyota and Lexus dealers’ service centers nationwide and via the customer application will continue as before.


Kon'yama Manabu, President of Korea Toyota Motor, stated, “This ‘24-hour AI Call Center exclusively for service reservations’ was introduced to enhance customer convenience. We will continue to actively utilize digitalization in the AS (After Service) sector, which is the core of customer service, to do our best for customer satisfaction.”
