The new products are “Hong Bibim Naengmyeon,” “Hong Mul Naengmyeon,” and “Pyeongyang-style Dongchimi Mul Naengmyeon.”

Hong Bibim Naengmyeon and Hong Mul Naengmyeon feature a broth made from Andong sikhye, which includes water, glutinous rice, malt, and grains, as well as vegetables such as radish, red pepper powder, and ginger. The broth is flavored with a spicy and tangy aged sauce made from three fruits (apple, pear, plum) and eight vegetables (radish, radish greens, garlic, ginger, onion, chive, napa cabbage, chili pepper), combined with chewy buckwheat noodles for an exquisite taste.

Pyeongyang-style Dongchimi Mul Naengmyeon is made with dongchimi fermented using radish from Jeju Island, mixed with deeply brewed chicken broth to bring out a rich umami flavor. It can be enjoyed even more deliciously by adding boiled egg, cucumber, and sliced boiled pork according to personal preference.

The new products are available for purchase at supermarkets and marts nationwide.
