Gokseong-gun Future Education Foundation Operates Seomjingang Science School

Jeonnam Gokseong-gun Future Education Foundation (Chairman Sangcheol Lee) announced on the 7th that it operated the 'Seomjingang Science School' for middle and high school students in the area.

The 'Seomjingang Science School' is a program established last year through a business agreement between Gokseong-gun and the National Gwacheon Science Museum to allow students to experience various scientific principles and stimulate their interest.

Especially this year, it was operated using Friday afternoon hours in connection with the curriculum.

Students had the opportunity to leave school after a long time and touch and experience interesting scientific instruments that can be seen at the science museum.

In addition, they watched the science movie 'Gravity' as a group at the Leisure Culture Center and attended a special lecture titled 'Communicating with Space.'

A representative of the Future Education Foundation said, “We hope the Science School with the students was a day like a gift for everyone. We will continue to strive to provide various science programs to students to help with their career paths.”
