Namwon Women's Saeil Center Conducts 'Employment Perception Change Education' for Job Seekers

The Jeonbuk Namwon Women's New Work Center announced that it will conduct 'Employment Perception Transformation Education' for 130 job seekers on the 11th and 12th at the multipurpose lecture hall on the 3rd floor of the Namwon Lifelong Learning Center.

This project aims to foster a positive perception of employment among job seekers to encourage active job searching activities and to promote employment awareness by boosting the confidence and self-efficacy of women hoping to find jobs.


For this special lecture, Bang Dae-wook, CEO of the Next Generation Foundation, and Pyo Kyung-heum, Executive Director of Nonprofit Consulting Wellfirm, were invited as instructors. They will conduct sessions under the themes "To Do What We Want Better" and "Opening the Era of Social Design," respectively.


The Namwon Women's New Work Center provides comprehensive employment support services in a one-stop manner, including vocational education and training, women's new work internships, group counseling programs, women-friendly environment improvement projects, and career interruption prevention education.


Center Director Ji Yang-geun said, "I hope this education will help reestablish the mindset toward employment and lead to social participation through positive changes via self-development," adding, "We will continue to offer various special lectures and employment support services for women's new occupational awareness, change, and innovation."
