Lotte Distribution Team Provides Daily Necessities to Gangneung Wildfire-Affected Areas

Provision of 1,000 Servings of Bottled Water and Cup Ramen

Lotte Distribution Group announced on the 11th that it provided emergency relief supplies to the site of a large wildfire that occurred in Gangneung, Gangwon Province.

The relief supplies consisted of food for 1,000 people, including bottled water, beverages, cup noodles, and chocolate bars, and were delivered to the affected area through the National Disaster Relief Association.

Since 2018, Lotte Distribution Group has signed a public-private cooperation agreement for disaster emergency relief with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, conducting support activities in disaster-affected areas.

A representative of Lotte Distribution Group said, “We decided to provide emergency relief supplies so that residents affected by the sudden large wildfire can return to their daily lives as soon as possible,” adding, “We will continue to expand our positive social impact through various support activities.”
