Kangwon Land announced on the 11th that it will publicly recruit 112 new and experienced employees in 2023.
Specifically, there are 100 new employees including 44 casino dealers, 18 room and food & beverage service staff, 8 administrative staff, 11 casino sales support staff, and 8 cooks, as well as 12 experienced employees including 2 in health care, 1 in landscape design, and 1 machine software tester.
Among the 100 new employees, 28 will be selected from socially disadvantaged groups. Additionally, excluding 8 specialists in IT and technical fields, 50% of the remaining 64 will be recruited as local talents from the seven mining-closed area cities and counties (Jeongseon-gun, Taebaek-si, Yeongwol-gun, Samcheok-si, Mungyeong-si, Boryeong-si, Hwasun-gun).
Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. on the 25th. Applicants must submit their applications online through the Kangwon Land recruitment website. The recruitment of new employees at Kangwon Land is based on the National Competency Standards (NCS). To enhance fairness in the recruitment process, a blind recruitment method will be implemented. Accordingly, applicants must not include school names or specific organization names in their applications. The recruitment schedule includes document screening, written tests, and interviews, with results expected to be announced around the end of June. Final successful candidates will join the company in July.
Meanwhile, Kangwon Land is also conducting contract hiring of 56 substitute workers for parental leave, including 34 in hotel services, 6 cooks, and 7 casino sales support staff. Detailed information can be found on the Kangwon Land recruitment website.
