Inspection of Progress at Three Local Business Sites and Listening to Difficulties

The Muan County Council of Jeollanam-do (Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun) visited local aviation and livestock industry sites on the 11th during the non-session period, with Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun, council members, and about 30 staff participating.

According to the county council, this field trip was organized to directly visit sites related to regional issues, verify operational conditions, and seek policy alternatives.

The main schedule included inspecting the operation status of the Muan International Airport cargo terminal, checking the progress of the West Sea Regional Maritime Police Agency's MRO project, and reviewing the operation of the Cheonggye high-quality total mixed ration (TMF) factory as a cost-saving measure for Hanwoo farmers amid falling Hanwoo prices and rising feed costs. They also listened to difficulties faced by the industry.

Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun stated, "Even during the non-session period, we will continue our legislative activities as an 'open council, working council' to address regional issues and reflect the voices from the field in our policies."
