The Naval Jinhae Base Command conducted a joint wildfire suppression training exercise together with the U.S. Navy Fleet Support Unit.

On the 11th, the Naval Jinhae Base Command conducted a joint wildfire firefighting drill with the U.S. Navy Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) in the Sansungsan area within the Jinhae naval port.

The drill was organized to prepare for wildfire situations by enhancing initial fire suppression capabilities and strengthening close cooperation between Korean and U.S. firefighting forces.

The exercise was conducted realistically with the participation of about 70 personnel from the Jinhae Base and CFAC firefighters, along with eight pieces of equipment including fire command vehicles and fire trucks.
