Conversation with the President... Free Communication on Innovation Tasks

National Mokpo University (President Song Ha-cheol) announced that it held a staff capacity-building workshop from the 10th to the 11th at Ramada Plaza Hotel & Sea One Resort Jaeundo, with the participation of over 180 executives and employees.

During this workshop, three thematic presentations and lectures were conducted. Through a dialogue session with the president, participants freely communicated about the innovative tasks of Mokpo University, and learned about proactive communication through the "Administrative Service Enhancement Education" by external lecturer Park Eun-hye.

In particular, the "Healing Recreation" session led by professional MC Moon Jae-ha was held to help faculty and staff, exhausted from daily work, regain energy and recharge.

President Song Ha-cheol of Mokpo University said, “It was a valuable time to think together about the innovative direction our National Mokpo University should take, and to spread a culture of communication, listening, consideration, and respect, which can sometimes be neglected,” adding, “We will continue to promote workshops that consistently strengthen the capabilities of our staff.”
