Participating employees received speech training and CS education essential for customer service from three external professional instructors, as well as Customer Experience and User Experience training for non-face-to-face customers, reaffirming the true meaning of financial consumer protection.
Ji-woo Lee, assistant manager at Bonggok-dong Branch, said, "The Customer Experience Improvement Training was beneficial as I learned ways to protect both face-to-face and non-face-to-face customers simultaneously. As a CS Angel employee representing the branch, I will strive even harder for customer protection and satisfaction."
Kim Yang-sook, executive director in charge of financial consumer protection, stated, "This training was planned to ensure that financial consumers can experience BNK Gyeongnam Bank's customer contact services in the most friendly and comfortable way possible. Since the trend in finance is digital, we will do our best to improve customer experience (CX) across both face-to-face and non-face-to-face operations."
BNK Gyeongnam Bank has selected financial consumer protection officers from each headquarters department as CS Angels in line with the changing financial environment, where customer satisfaction services, previously limited to counter staff, are expanding to customer experience services that include user experience.
