Gochang-gun to Conduct 'Jeollabuk-do Social Survey' Until the 26th

Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do announced on the 11th that it will conduct the "2023 Jeollabuk-do Social Survey" targeting household members aged 15 and older among 810 households residing in the sample survey area of Gochang-gun until the 26th.


This survey aims to understand changes in the lifestyle and consciousness of residents and develop survey items tailored to the characteristics of each city and county, serving as basic data for policy development to improve quality of life.

The survey will be conducted either through face-to-face interviews, where 18 surveyors hired by the county visit each target household directly, or through non-face-to-face surveys where respondents fill out the questionnaire themselves and return it.


Earlier, on the 6th, the county held a training session for 20 survey managers and surveyors at the county office's main conference room, covering survey guidelines, procedures, and precautions during the survey.


Lee Seong-su, Director of the Planning and Budget Office of the county, said, "The Jeollabuk-do social survey is an important survey used as basic data for policy making and research," adding, "We ask for the active cooperation of household members during the face-to-face interviews and for surveyors to pay attention to safety rules."
