County Governor Lee Sang-geun expressed his gratitude for the couples' dedication in forming happy model families with many children, saying, “We thank you for your warm and loving example. Please continue to raise your seven children with parental love so that they can grow into outstanding citizens of Goseong County.”
Goseong County plans to implement support projects such as marriage congratulatory funds and expanded childbirth incentives for married and childbirth families to create a child-friendly environment and effectively increase the birth rate.
Additionally, various policies are in place to support large families, including experience play vouchers, exemption from public facility admission fees, support for vehicle license plate replacement costs, electricity bill reductions, urban gas discounts, and automobile acquisition tax reductions.
