Samsung Group's first publicly offered REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) Samsung FN REITs is rising on its first day of trading on the KOSPI.
As of 9:26 a.m. on the 10th, Samsung FN REITs is trading at 4,900 won, up 2.30% (110 won) from the opening price. However, the opening price was set at 4,790 won, lower than the public offering price of 5,000 won.
Samsung FN REITs involved four companies from Samsung Financial Networks (Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung SRA Asset Management, Samsung Securities).
In the institutional investor demand forecast conducted last month, the competition rate was about 25 to 1, and in the general investor subscription, the competition rate was 1.87 to 1.
