Upbit Suspends KRW Market Order and Trade Execution... "Emergency Server Inspection"

The Korean won market trading on the cryptocurrency exchange Upbit has been suspended.

On the 3rd, Upbit announced, "During system monitoring, an issue with transaction processing was identified, so an emergency server inspection is underway."

Accordingly, from 5:18 PM, order placement and transaction execution in the Korean won market have been halted. Trading and order placement in the coin market remain available.

An Upbit representative stated, "We are currently investigating the issue and will complete the emergency server inspection before providing further notice."
