On the 3rd at 2 PM, Ha Young-je, a member of the National Assembly from the People Power Party, who was subject to a pre-arrest warrant hearing at Changwon District Court in Gyeongnam on charges including violation of the Political Funds Act, came out around 3 PM.


Before entering the courtroom, Ha stated, "I will speak about the charges at the summary trial court," but he got into the car without responding to reporters' questions.
