SK Siltron Joins UN Global Compact... "Strengthening ESG Management"

SK Siltron announced on the 3rd that it has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact, UNGC) to strengthen ESG management and social responsibility practices in line with global standards.

The UNGC is the world's largest voluntary corporate citizenship initiative, with participation from over 20,000 companies across 162 countries. Launched in New York, USA in 2000, it is a UN international agreement that proclaims 10 principles across four areas: human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, urging companies to fulfill their social responsibilities.

As a member company, SK Siltron will transparently disclose its activities to comply with the UNGC's 10 principles and achieve the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the annual submission of a Communication on Progress (CoP) report.
