Woori Bank announced on the 3rd that it will conduct recruitment for 250 new employees in the first half of this year.
This recruitment will be carried out in three sectors: General, Regional Talent, and Digital·IT. A total of 210 people will be hired in the General and Regional Talent sectors, with the Regional Talent sector further divided into six regions for selection.
For the Digital·IT sector, preference will be given to candidates with relevant majors and certifications. A basic coding test will be conducted during the first interview stage to verify fundamental programming skills. The final selected candidates will work at branch offices for about one year to enhance their understanding of sales operations before being assigned to Digital·IT related departments.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, first and second interviews, personality tests, and a final interview. Through the three interview stages, not only job competency but also the basic qualities and personality required as a finance professional will be evaluated.
