LG HelloVision Launches Local Channel Commerce App 'Jecheoljangteo'

LG HelloVision announced on the 3rd that it has launched a dedicated app for the local channel commerce platform 'Jecheol Jangteo' to provide a more convenient user experience. By enhancing customer purchasing convenience, it is expected to offer a differentiated ‘customer experience’ unique to local channel commerce, where consumer purchases lead to stable income for farmers.


'Jecheol Jangteo' continuously gathers customer feedback through the year-round project ‘Commerce Customer Analysis and Experience Discovery’ and seeks ways to improve local channel commerce products and distribution methods. The plan is to discover unique customer experiences exclusive to Jecheol Jangteo and reflect them in the local channel commerce business. The launch of this app is also part of this project.

The newly launched Jecheol Jangteo app features ▲a gift-sending function ▲enhanced search and recommendation functions ▲expanded coupon and point benefits. Along with the new app launch, the existing PC and mobile web functions have also been updated.


First, a gift-sending function was newly added so that users can enjoy local specialties with close acquaintances. After selecting the desired product in the app, users can press the ‘Send Gift’ button and enter the recipient’s information. Even without knowing the recipient’s address, users can easily send gifts anytime by just knowing the recipient’s name and contact information.


The search function was also strengthened to help consumers find desired products quickly and easily. Features such as recent searches and recommended searches were subdivided to improve product accessibility. Additionally, related foods and special promotions are recommended alongside search results, allowing users to explore a variety of excellent local specialties.


With the app launch, coupon and point benefits, which were not available before, have been expanded. LG HelloVision has prepared a special event to celebrate the launch of the 'Jecheol Jangteo' app. Customers making their first purchase and those who install the app will receive a 20% discount coupon worth up to 10,000 KRW, and customers who write reviews after purchasing products will be awarded points.
