CTK Evision Expands Client Base by Successfully Attracting Popular Brands

Cosmetics platform company CTK announced on the 3rd that its subsidiary CTK eVision has attracted global popular brands such as Dyson, Sennheiser, and Cotton On as clients through its cross-border e-commerce platform ‘PopinBorder’.

The CTK eVision PopinBorder platform automatically connects the systems of global suppliers with major domestic marketplace systems. It supports integrated management services including order, delivery, and inventory management conducted on Korean marketplaces directly within the supplier’s headquarters system, as well as online marketing and customer service (CS).

It can be linked with major domestic marketplaces such as Coupang, Naver, Kakao, 11st, Gmarket, Auction, and SSG, emerging as the optimal cross-border solution among brands seeking direct entry into the Korean e-commerce market.

Based on the convenience of the service, CTK eVision recently succeeded in attracting globally popular brands as clients of PopinBorder, including Dyson, a global home appliance company popular in Korea, Sennheiser, known for the headphones featured in Wooyoungwoo, and Cotton On, a leading casual fashion brand from Australia.

CTK eVision CEO Min-sik Kim explained, "Global suppliers are paying attention to the convenience of managing domestic e-commerce platforms easily and comfortably from their global headquarters without developing new systems or involving intermediary partners." He added, "We are expanding the attraction of global clients who want to enter the domestic e-commerce market directly, and conversely, we recently launched a service that makes it easy for domestic brands to enter overseas e-commerce platforms." He further stated, "We expect the number of PopinBorder platform customers in the direct purchase and reverse direct purchase markets to expand significantly this year."

Since 2021, CTK eVision has provided direct purchase sales services by linking iHerb, the world’s largest wellness product distributor, to eBay systems such as Gmarket and Auction through the PopinBorder platform. It supports various suppliers in directly entering the domestic e-commerce market. Recently, it signed a reverse direct purchase service contract to sell Gmarket products linked to the global marketplace ‘JOOM,’ targeting Russia and Europe.
