Leisure platform company Yanolja announced on the 3rd that it will launch the '2023 The Stay' campaign, a public-private cooperation project to revitalize tourism in the Goheung area of Jeollanam-do.
The campaign was prepared to wish for the successful hosting of the 13th Goheung Aerospace Festival, which will be held for three days starting on the 21st, and to contribute to the revitalization of local tourism. Yanolja plans to support attracting tourists to the Goheung area by combining its expertise with Goheung’s tourism infrastructure and presenting a special exhibition emphasizing customer benefits.
Starting from 10 a.m. on the same day, Yanolja will provide up to 30,000 KRW discount coupons for accommodations in the Goheung area, valid for stays until June 30, on a first-come, first-served basis throughout April. Additionally, during the campaign period, customers who book accommodations in Goheung County will receive free admission tickets to five popular tourist attractions in Goheung: Gapjaemin Folk Exhibition Hall, Goheung Space Launch Observatory, Goheung Space Astronomy Science Museum, Buncheong Culture Museum, and the family literary museum of Jo Jong-hyun, Jo Jeong-rae, and Kim Cho-hye.
Shin Sung-chul, head of Yanolja’s Business Development Unit, said, "Through this campaign, we hope that the number of tourists visiting Goheung County, which is preparing for the Goheung Aerospace Festival, will increase and bring vitality to the local economy." He added, "We plan to actively implement various public-private cooperation initiatives that can lead to mutual growth with the local community in the future."
