Gmarket and Auction announced on the 3rd that they will hold the 'Mart Big Festa' promotion until the 11th.

During this event, essential shopping-related products such as fresh food, processed food, health supplements, daily necessities, and household goods will be sold at discounted prices. It is a regular event conducted jointly by the entire mart category, with over 12,000 sellers participating.

When purchasing products with the Mart Big Festa logo, a 15% discount coupon offering up to 30,000 KRW off is provided unlimited daily on both Gmarket and Auction. In particular, Smile Club membership members receive a 10% unlimited discount coupon with no maximum discount limit when purchasing over 100,000 KRW.

Overlapping coupons are also offered by brand. These coupons apply when purchasing products from 14 key brands, with discounts up to 20% depending on the brand. When paying with the event card through Gmarket’s simple payment system, Smile Pay, customers can receive a 7% discount up to 50,000 KRW.

In the special deal section, popular products are carefully selected every night at midnight to challenge the industry's lowest prices. These products are introduced after direct price monitoring by the responsible merchandise planners (MDs). Special live broadcasts are also held every weekday at 7 PM.

A Gmarket representative said, “To welcome spring, we will offer various fresh and processed foods that stimulate the appetite, as well as essential household items such as laundry and cleaning supplies at special prices for 9 days,” adding, “We hope for a lot of interest as this is prepared on an unprecedented scale.”
