Now in its third year, the Job Market is held online to improve job seekers' access to recruitment information in the cultural and artistic fields. A total of 441 cultural and artistic organizations (institutions) selected for the Arts Fund job project will participate and directly hire 626 new personnel.

The Arts Council's job projects recruiting through the Job Market include three support programs: ‘Cultural and Artistic Institution Trainees,’ ‘Stage Technology Internship,’ and ‘Performing Arts Professionals.’ These programs support creative activities in the cultural and artistic fields by providing wages for artists and job training. Trainees, who are cultural and artistic majors under the age of 34, gain work experience for a total of 10 months from March to December at cultural and artistic organizations such as art museums, performance venues, national and public cultural foundations, theater companies, dance companies, and orchestras.

The Stage Technology Internship offers opportunities to work as stage technology staff at performance venues and provides specialized education in stage arts, allowing even non-majors to apply. Additionally, recruitment information for arts job projects targeting experienced professionals in the performing arts field is provided.

Job seekers can check job recruitment information on the 'Culture and Arts, My Job' online platform. During the Job Market period, they can participate in various recruitment support programs such as one-on-one chat consultations with hiring organizations, online video interviews, and career consulting.

Furthermore, the online recruitment briefing sessions held on the 15th and 16th will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Arts Council.

An official from the Arts Council said, “We have prepared various programs to strengthen the connection between job seekers looking for jobs in the cultural and artistic fields and organizations participating in job projects, so that it can lead to actual recruitment. We hope many young job seekers interested in employment in the cultural and artistic fields will participate.”
