Aprogen H&G Acquires 90% Stake in Aprogen I&C for 22.8 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Aprogen H&G announced on the 28th that it will acquire 1.8 million shares (89.86%) of Aprogen I&C from Aprogen for 22.77 billion KRW.

This amount corresponds to 10.04% of the company's total assets. The transaction payment will be made by replacing the 22.77 billion KRW bond lent to Aprogen.
