The commercial facility within the complex, ‘Jiwell City Mall,’ has a total floor area of 20,917㎡, spanning from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground, with a total of 144 units.

In particular, the complex attracted significant attention from many buyers during the subscription held in June 2019 due to its excellent location, outstanding product quality, and substantial development prospects, recording an average competition rate of 10.72 to 1 and a highest rate of 16.67 to 1.

Additionally, ‘Luone Jiwell City Prugio’ is located directly opposite the central commercial district of Luone City, and residents can conveniently enjoy all the established living infrastructure in the Gajeong district and Cheongna International City within a 10-minute drive. It is also close to Gahyeon Elementary and Middle Schools, Sinhyeon Middle and High Schools, and Sinhyeonbuk Elementary School, providing a safe educational environment, and is adjacent to cultural and Gajeong parks.

The wide-area transportation network is also excellent.
