The commercial facility within the complex, ‘Jiwell City Mall,’ has a total floor area of 20,917㎡, spanning from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground, with a total of 144 units.


In particular, the complex attracted significant attention from many buyers during the subscription held in June 2019 due to its excellent location, outstanding product quality, and substantial development prospects, recording an average competition rate of 10.72 to 1 and a highest rate of 16.67 to 1.
