"Year-End Home Party Preparation" InterContinental Launches 'Holiday To-Go' Pre-Order Sales

The hotel stated that with the home party culture spreading among young customers and the demand from customers preparing for a safe year-end, high sales of the holiday to-go products are expected again this year. It was explained that sales of Intercontinental holiday to-go products have been steadily increasing for four consecutive years since 2018. Last year, sales increased by about 40% compared to the previous year.
The Grand Deli's holiday to-go offers a choice between Turkey and barbecue pork ribs. It comes with two types of patented chef-made sausages, pumpkin, roasted chestnuts and corn, sweet potatoes, roasted pineapple, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and a total of 11 side dishes along with homemade sauces.
The hotel said, "You can complete a rich party table without preparing other food separately," and added, "At the boutique wine shop next to the Grand Deli, you can also get wine recommendations from the hotel sommelier that pair well with the menu, making it popular as a gift."
The holiday to-go turkey is aged and cooked for over 24 hours using the hotel's patented natural carbonated water brining technique from Chojung-ri, resulting in a chewier meat texture. It is coated with savory premium herb butter and cooked at a low temperature in the oven. The barbecue pork ribs are smoked for over 12 hours using beechwood smoking chips and coated with a special sauce loved by people of all ages.
A 10% discount is offered for pre-orders and payments made via Naver Pay until the 31st of this month. Reservations must be made at least one day (24 hours) in advance.
