The products that received high praise in the earlier Market Kurly ‘Easy and Crispy’ Series Full Review! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered them recently. Especially the boneless chicken, which I tend to order more often due to the rising chicken prices and delivery fees. Every time I ordered, I was also drawn to new products, so while planning content (an excuse), I decided to try three new items. Will these newly ordered products meet the editor’s standards? Shall we dig in right now?

▶ Saewoo-kaseu (Shrimp Cutlet)

Saewoo-kaseu (shrimp cutlet) comes in two pieces packed in plastic, just like pork cutlets, and the sauce is also not included. Putting aside this disappointment, I cooked the shrimp cutlet easily in an air fryer for about 15 minutes. Among the ‘Easy and Crispy’ series, it’s easy to prepare, but if you expected crispiness, you might be a bit disappointed. The texture was soggy, and the shape easily got damaged when taking it out of the air fryer. Although I was initially disappointed by the shape, after cutting it into bite-sized pieces and tasting it, everything was forgiven. I thought it would be ‘finely chopped shrimp,’ but the reason I was surprised was the chewy shrimp texture with every bite! It was even softer thanks to the addition of pollock surimi. If you like shrimp burgers or haven’t found your ultimate shrimp burger yet, try making a homemade shrimp burger using Market Kurly’s shrimp cutlet! The chewy texture is truly excellent.

One-line review: Regular pork cutlets are okay with ketchup, but isn’t tartar sauce the truth for shrimp cutlets? But there’s no tartar sauce...

▶ Yuringi (Korean-style Chinese Fried Chicken with Sauce)

Yuringi, which raised my expectations even more after tasting the chicken in the ‘Easy and Crispy’ series. Yuringi is a Korean-style Chinese dish where chicken with sauce is eaten with vegetables. Unfortunately, the Yuringi I ordered from Market Kurly did not include vegetables, which was disappointing. The highlight of Yuringi is lettuce or finely chopped Cheongyang chili peppers... To soothe my disappointment, upon opening, there were two palm-sized pieces of chicken thigh meat and sauce included. True to the ‘Easy and Crispy’ series, cooking in the air fryer for 18?20 minutes results in golden fried chicken that looks freshly fried. Pour the thawed sauce over it to complete the Yuringi. The sauce has a strong sour taste. After a few bites, the sourness is so intense it can make your tongue tingle, which can be addicting but might be off-putting to some. Eating it with onions soaked in water to reduce the spiciness improved the texture and gave a fresh feeling. I recommend pairing it with whatever you have in your fridge?onions, perilla leaves, chili peppers, lettuce, etc.!

One-line review: Fried chicken and beer are the truth! Promise to prepare beer for sure♥

▶ Handon Tteokgalbi (Korean Pork Rib Patties)

Tteokgalbi, which can be taken out of the freezer and turned into a rice thief when you have no special side dishes. If you want to eat it conveniently, I recommend using an air fryer. For those who believe ‘a dish that looks good tastes good,’ lightly pan-frying it on both sides is also good. Compared to the sweet and spicy tteokgalbi marinated in teriyaki or spicy sauce, this one has a very common flavor. The two pieces of tteokgalbi don’t overflow with juice, but when you savor them in your mouth, the juice subtly spreads inside. I was worried it might be dry, but it surprisingly boasts softness. It’s neither too salty nor bland, just the right seasoning. Enjoy it with ketchup, mustard, pork cutlet sauce, or according to your preference! While I recommended making a shrimp burger using shrimp cutlet above, this time try a K-burger using tteokgalbi as the patty!

One-line review: The classic K-tteokgalbi that can finish a bowl of rice in no time!

Market Kurly PB products part 2 are also quite satisfying! Nothing was particularly impressive, but nothing was disappointing either, so overall, they are decent! The conclusion is that these products are good for single-person households to eat conveniently.
