[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] SSG.com announced on the 18th that it will add more crafts to the art specialty section 'Art & Craft' in collaboration with the Korea Craft & Design Foundation (KCDF) on the 19th.

More than 20 craft artists selected through the Korea Craft & Design Foundation's public contest will join SSG.com, showcasing over 200 diverse products. Visitors can find living items such as tea tables, white porcelain cups, and soban (small traditional Korean tables), as well as interior accessories like wall posters, vases, and incense holders, along with bags and necklaces.

To celebrate this addition, customers can purchase items at up to 30% discount until the 30th. Representative products include the 'Gaondoje' white porcelain coffee cup, 'Your Ceramic' vase, 'Ilsangsamul' walnut mini soban, 'Seonui Midojagi' white porcelain flower hairpin, and 'Handplus' dangcho pattern bokjori bag.

SSG.com aims to provide online sales channels to emerging domestic craft artists and create a virtuous cycle by promoting high-quality crafts and supporting distribution through sales activities. In the future, they plan to actively support craft artists who wish to directly join SSG.com individually.

An SSG.com official said, “We hope customers will experience elegant and dignified crafts selected by a specialized craft institution at SSG.com Art & Craft,” adding, “We will provide online sales channels to emerging artists and support various marketing activities to build a premium platform with expertise and sincerity in the art field.”
