Toyota·Lexus Ulsan Showroom and Service Center Newly Opened

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Toyota Motor Korea announced on the 16th that it has opened new Toyota and Lexus showrooms and service centers in Ulsan Metropolitan City to expand customer contact points and strengthen its service network.

The Toyota and Lexus showroom and service center located in Yeocheon-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, has a total floor area of 3,036㎡ and consists of four above-ground floors. It was built with a 3S concept that provides sales, service, and parts all in one place. It also boasts excellent customer accessibility, being about a 5-minute drive from the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal.

The Toyota and Lexus showrooms operate with a service reception and service center on the first floor, and a showroom and customer lounge for service customers on the second floor. Professional service advisors and skilled technicians welcome customers, and with a total of six work bays including two open bays, it can handle up to 720 general maintenance services per month. Starting at the end of this year, the service scope will be expanded to include accident repairs such as sheet metal and painting.

The Toyota showroom operates the ‘Toyota Kiosk,’ a VR experience service that allows customers to conveniently obtain vehicle information contactlessly. Through simulations of the exterior and interior design and options of desired models, customers can see the vehicle’s features at a glance.

The Lexus showroom exhibits and sells award-winning works from the ‘Lexus Creative Masters,’ a project to discover young craftsmen unique to Lexus, providing differentiated services as a luxury lifestyle brand.
