Fruits are being sold at Emart Seongsu branch in Seoul.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Emart announced on the 15th that it will hold various fresh food discount events to celebrate the autumn season, which is perfect for outings.

Emart will offer discounts on all domestic and imported grapes in season until the 21st. The representative product, Shine Muscat, will be offered at a 30% lower price. Famous varieties such as Campbell grapes, wild grapes (Meoru), and Kyoho grapes will be sold at a 6,000 KRW discount compared to the regular price when purchased with the event card. Black Sapphire grapes and seedless mixed green and red grapes will receive a 3,000 KRW discount when Shinsegae points are accumulated.

Emart will also hold a discount event on Australian beef and a unique eco-friendly shopping event. Australian strip loin will be sold at about 40% off the regular price. A promotion will also be held where customers who spend more than 20,000 KRW on event products will receive an eco bag with the Australian Clean Beef design, attached with a special discount coupon.

An Emart official said, “With the cool autumn weather perfect for outings, we are continuing various fresh food discount events to help reduce the burden of grocery prices,” adding, “We will continue to plan diverse events to provide customers with tangible discount benefits.”
