[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] The Health Anti-Aging Center at Gyeongnam National University will co-host the "A Path Where the Mind Rests, Goseong Marine Healing Trail" walking event starting September 3.


This event, implemented as part of the Korea Dullegil Rest Area and Walking Travel Program, is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and hosted by Goseong County.


According to the university center, this year, in addition to last year's Energy Road and Nature Road courses, ▲Exercise & Nutrition Diet Road ▲Haepalang Tea Road ▲Goseong County Moonlight Road have been added, making a total of five courses.


The Energy Road is a 5 km Dullegil (circular trail) established at Haejigae Bridge, Namsan Park, and Daedok Nuri-gil.


While walking, participants can record changes in energy and blood sugar levels, and experience energy consumption and storage through Goseong marine healing food, power walking, and resistance exercises.


The Nature Road is a 5 km Dullegil located in Sangjokam County Park and Dinosaur Dullegil, where participants can experience aspects of human reproduction, quadrupedal walking, and wish-making from the dinosaur era.


The Exercise & Nutrition Diet Road is a 3 km Dullegil on Danghangpo Dullegil, designed as a diet course to experience nutrition for weight management, body fat consumption, and muscle improvement exercises.


The Marine Healing Tea Road is a 7 km course walking through Naegok-ri village road in Donghae-myeon and Dangdong coastal road, where participants can enjoy tasting marine healing teas tailored to individual health and relax.


The Goseong County Moonlight Road is a 4 km path established at Haejigae Bridge, Namsan Park, and Sunam Yusuji Ecological Park.


On this path, participants can enjoy the night view of Goseong city and the nighttime streets around Namsan Park, and experience moonlight singing bowl meditation and moonlight dance.


The walking event will be held every Saturday and Sunday from September 3 to November 5.


▲In September: 3rd-4th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th ▲In October: 1st-2nd, 8th-9th, 15th-16th, 22nd, 29th-30th, with a total of 24 sessions ending on November 5.


On October 1 and 2, the event will be held during both day and night, and on October 8 and 9, a 1-night 2-day walking festival will take place at Maekjeonpo Port.
