[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Hyeong-seok] On the 23rd, the Mokpo City Council visited the Eulji Exercise Comprehensive Situation Room to commend the efforts of city hall employees, military, police, and related agency personnel on duty, delivered consolation goods, and encouraged the morale of the workers.

Chairman Moon Cha-bok and 15 council members received reports on the exercise situation so far and personally encouraged and comforted the workers.

Moon Cha-bok, Chairman of the Mokpo City Council, said, “Emergency preparedness is literally a crisis response exercise assuming war and national disaster situations, and it must be practiced regularly,” adding, “Since large-scale joint exercises with the military and police like this Eulji Exercise are rare, please do your best with a serious mindset during the exercise period.”
