[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Jeil Construction announced on the 4th that it will conduct official contracts for ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Wonju Musil,’ located in Musildong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, for five days from the 9th to the 13th.


‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Wonju Musil’ is a complex that closed first-priority subscription with an average competition rate of 51.09 to 1 across all unit types, and the construction company is Jeil Construction.


The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 32 above-ground floors, with a total of 997 households. By exclusive area, it is composed of medium-to-large types: ▲93㎡ with 696 households, ▲116㎡ with 243 households, and ▲135㎡ with 58 households.
