The Supreme Court's 1st Division (Presiding Justice Oh Kyung-mi) on the 28th upheld the original sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison in Han's final appeal trial, who was charged with violating the Narcotics Control Act (psychotropic substances).

Han was prosecuted for using methamphetamine around June 2020 at an unspecified location in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. At that time, she had already been sentenced to 3 years in prison with 4 years probation in September 2017 after being charged with smoking marijuana with T.O.P (real name Choi Seung-hyun), a member of the group 'Big Bang.' The first trial recognized Han's charges and sentenced her to 1 year and 6 months in prison. The second trial also upheld the first trial's ruling, pointing out that methamphetamine was detected during a test conducted while she was under probation, confirming Han's drug use.
