LX Hausys Opens 'Jiin Square' at Shinsegae Times Square Store

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] LX Hausys announced on the 18th that it has opened a total interior showroom called ‘LX Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Shinsegae Times Square’ at Shinsegae Department Store Times Square in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

‘Z:IN Square Shinsegae Times Square’ is a large showroom with an exclusive area of 955m² (289 pyeong) where customers can explore everything needed for home remodeling. It consists of a model house concept exhibition hall featuring key products such as kitchens, baths, windows, flooring, wallpaper, and doors, as well as exhibition spaces tailored to different lifestyles and a materials library.

In particular, two model house spaces of 122m² (37 pyeong) and 155m² (47 pyeong), applying apartment floor plans from the nearby Yeongdeungpo-gu area, are attracting great interest from local visitors due to their realistic interior designs.

The three lifestyle exhibition spaces harmoniously decorated with LX Z:IN kitchens and baths, LG Objet home appliances, and Shinsegae Casamia furniture help customers easily and comfortably select interiors that perfectly match their personal tastes.

In the materials library, visitors can specifically check the unique features and designs of various products applied in the model houses and lifestyle exhibition spaces, including windows, flooring, wallpaper, artificial marble, interior films, and built-in closet doors.

At the kitchen lab and bath lab corners of the materials library, visitors can directly experience the differentiated performance of LX Z:IN kitchen and bath products, such as checking the optimal kitchen furniture height and trying out slip-resistant bathroom flooring.

The exhibition space for the newly launched bathroom wall material product ‘Edition Bath Wall,’ which has gained great popularity in the market immediately after its release, is also receiving high attention from visitors. Edition Bath Wall is a product applying SPC (Stone Plastic Compound) boards, a new material developed by LX Hausys, which improves the weaknesses of existing bathroom wall panels such as vulnerability to external impact, moisture, and contamination management issues, while offering a luxurious design resembling natural stone.

Meanwhile, ‘Z:IN Square Shinsegae Times Square’ is LX Hausys’ 15th total interior showroom located in department stores and complex shopping malls in the metropolitan area, following locations such as Starfield Goyang, Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni, Guri, and Ilsan branches, Lotte Mall Sanbon, AK Plaza Gwangmyeong and Suwon branches, Time Terrace Dongtan, and Starfield City Wirye.
