Buheung High School in Haeundae-gu, Busan, will sign a business agreement on June 6 at 3 p.m. in the principal's office with Danbi INC, a chatbot builder service company, regarding industry-academia cooperation in AI education and support for a chatbot practice platform.
Danbi INC is a company that provides DanbiAI, an AI chatbot builder service spun off from LG CNS in 2018, and AI-run, a chatbot education platform.
This agreement was prepared to strengthen connected education between industry and schools and to promote exchange and support in education and academic research fields between the two institutions.
According to the agreement, the two institutions will operate a "Creating a Job Introduction Chatbot" program for first-year students and pilot a "AI-run Utilization Formative Assessment" using the chatbot education platform.
Earlier, Buheung High School signed a business agreement in May with Alice Corp., a digital education practice platform company, regarding AI education industry-academia cooperation coding. This agreement attracted attention as an industry-academia cooperation between a general high school and industry.
Kang Byung-soo, principal of Buheung High School, said, "This agreement will greatly help students develop their career competencies through chatbot production education widely used in companies," and added, "We will continue to provide various career education so that students can grow into future talents."
