[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Mobirix announced on the 1st that it has decided to acquire 4 million shares of its subsidiary Mobirix Partners.
The acquisition amount is 20 billion KRW, which corresponds to 26.67% of its equity capital. The shareholding ratio after acquisition will be 100%.
The purpose of the acquisition is to participate in a paid-in capital increase and expect profits through investment in accordance with the establishment requirements of a new technology finance company.
