Ecopro BM Acquires Additional Ecopro Global Shares Worth 37 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] EcoPro BM announced on the 23rd that it will additionally acquire 3.7 million shares of its subsidiary EcoPro Global, which is engaged in secondary battery material sales and import-export business, for 37 billion KRW.
