[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Delio, a virtual asset fintech company, is hosting a group exhibition titled "Desire of New Vision" at its NFT marketplace ‘01etc (Gongil ETC)’ until the 7th.
This is the first curated exhibition since the recent rebranding of ‘01etc’. The exhibition features works expressing artists' thoughts on the era where digital art integrated with IT technology is becoming a new paradigm in the art world, as well as their desire for a new era.
Participating artists Kim Gira, Yoo Seungho, and Park Seungjin have taken on a new challenge by moving beyond traditional canvases to express their galleries on the blockchain.
Key exhibited works include Kim Gira’s ‘Top Building in the World’, Yoo Seungho’s ‘Shooo-’, and Park Seungjin’s ‘One Day’, totaling four pieces. Each work is issued in a limited edition of 30 copies.
An official stated, "The curated exhibition is meaningful as it opened an opportunity for mutual growth between established artists and the NFT and art markets through collaboration." They added, "There will be many projects collaborating with various industries, so you can look forward to them."
01etc is Delio’s NFT marketplace, rebranded on the 20th to support various NFT projects including digital art. When launched in March, it held the largest NFT contest in Korea. It is preparing NFT financial services such as Korea’s first NFT collateral loans and rental services.
