Hyundai Engineering to Launch Sales of Uijeongbu 'Hillstate Tapseok' on the 28th

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Hyundai Engineering announced that it will open the model house for 'Hillstate Tapseok' in Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 17th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex will consist of 5 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 39 floors above ground, with a total of 636 households.

It is within walking distance of Tapseok Station, where the extension of Subway Line 7 is scheduled for 2025. The GTX (Great Train Express) Line C, connecting Yangju Deokjeong, Uijeongbu, Seoul Samsung Station, and Suwon, which is scheduled to open in 2027, is also nearby. Surrounding the complex are Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, Costco, and Lotte Cinema. For educational conditions, Solmoe Elementary School is within 600 meters in a straight line, and for natural environment, it is close to Chudong Park, the largest park in Uijeongbu-si.

Hillstate Tapseok will feature various specialized designs. A 4-bay plate-type layout is applied to all households, and some types include storage spaces such as dressing rooms and pantries. Community facilities within the complex will include a small library, daycare center, care center, senior citizens' center, fitness center, and Moms Station.

Applications for subscription will begin on the 28th for the first priority in the relevant area and continue until the 30th.
