GS25 Launches 5 MapleStory Bread Varieties... "Figure and Game Item Prizes Included"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] GS25 announced on the 16th that it will launch five types of 'MapleStory Bread' in collaboration with the popular game MapleStory on the 17th.

MapleStory Bread was created using characters of five popular monsters from the game. The types of bread are also designed to match the characteristics of the monsters, including chocolate pastry, maple syrup pancake, strawberry castella, maple cream sandwich, and peanut soboro bread. To cater to MapleStory users and fans who collect goods, 80 types of character stickers are included.

To commemorate this launch, GS25 is holding a stamp event offering abundant benefits. Customers who purchase the bread will have a chance to win a Pink Bean figure set, a popular character in the game, and three in-game items that can be used in the actual game as prizes.

A GS25 official said, “Character collaboration products that evoke nostalgic memories and provide new fun are the current trend. We will not simply use characters on product packaging but will create products that many customers continue to seek through differentiated product quality and events.”
