Lotte Holdings Decides to Acquire Shares of Subsidiary Korea Seven

Lotte Holdings announced on the 27th that it has decided to acquire shares of its subsidiary, Korea Seven. The number of shares to be acquired is 67,948,387, and the acquisition amount is 398,381,392,981 KRW. This is to maintain control and enhance business competitiveness by participating in Korea Seven's paid-in capital increase.
